TAYLOR, Albert Harrison - Putnam

The death of Albert Harrison Taylor, one of the oldest and best known citizens of Roachdale, occurred this morning at 8 o’clock. He was born Sept 2, 1854 in the old Taylor homestead of that community, the son of John C. and Margaret Katherwood Taylor. His wife was the former Katie Maloney, to whom he was married March 1, 1883. Her death occurred May 5, 1919. Mr. Taylor had been ill several years. He was one of the leading members of the Presbyterian Church of Roachdale. Funeral services will be held Sunday but the hour will not be determined until tomorrow. - kbz
